Congratulations to everyone who took part in the GG July challenge, it was by no means an easy feat. It was fantastic to see so many different people participating. There were some incredible single event times (Yvonne Hutchison who completed the 3km Cross Trainer in a time of 16min 56secs was just incredible). A special mention to Stuart Reid who took up the extra challenge of completing all 4 events straight after each other and still managing an impressive time of 83mins 16secs.

There will be more Gullane Gym challenges to come so watch this space!

Challenge

Row 5000m

Run 5km

Cycle 10km (Males level 7, Females level 4)

Cross Trainer 3km (Males Level 10, Females level 5)

 

Record the time it takes to complete each indivudual event. Add all your times together from all 4 events. The 4 events can be done in any order, on different days and as many times as one wishes (only the best time will be counted towards the final time). A member of staff must verify the finished time. The challenge runs from the 1st July - 31st July. For those who want an extra challenge see if you can compete all the events straight after each other!
