Classes

You can get fit while having fun too. At Gullane Gym we provide a comprehensive range of classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  Choose from early mornings to late evenings, whatever best suits you. Our classes range from cardiovascular and body conditioning to Pilates with plenty of other options available. It all depends on what intensity you’re looking for. For instance, you could join a high energy class such as spinning or combat that will burn those calories in a short period of time. Alternatively, you could go for the more gentle experience of Pilates to improve your flexibility, agility and strength. There are strength and conditioning classes such as Kettlebells or Leg, Bums & Tums which use weights and resistance bands that will help tone and sculpt your body. 

All classes are availble to non-memebrs for £4.50 per class.

Booking

COMBAT – A combination of kicking, punching & toning. This fat burning class is fast & furious & great fun. A great work out.

CORE STABILITY – This total body work out using an exercise ball focuses on core stability and balance.

GYMSTERS - Activity sessions for children from 18 months to 5 years. Basic skills such as jumping, rolling, balancing & climbing are all developed through play & fun activities led by a fully qualified P.E teacher.

KETTLEBELLS - This new class is specially designed for intense all round training which makes this ideal for both men and women. This calorie-burning class is paraded as the ultimate conditioning tool with its sharp movements and multidirectional planes of motion.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - Using weights, this high intensity workout will work your entire body in a series of fat burning exercises.

PILATES - This class lengthens and tones the body, building strength without adding bulk. It increases body awareness and improves posture by working with deep abdominal muscles in your core and promotes a healthy back.

SPINNING -This popular and highly energetic spin class uses specially designed fitness bikes to give you a fantastic cardiovascular workout.
